Waiting Room

Set up a YouTube video to show on the waiting room screen while patients wait for their appointment.

Set up the video

1. Go to Settings > Waiting Room.
2. Paste the YouTube URL of the video, playlist, or livestream you want to show.
3. A Preview of the video appears below the field so you can check it's the right one.
4. Click Save.

The video plays automatically on the Calling System screen when no patients are being called.

Tip

You can use YouTube videos with relaxing music, health information or educational content for your patients.
