Option 1: Sign in with your password

This is the most common way to access the system.

If you are the primary professional

  1. Select Professional in the selection buttons (1).
  2. Enter your ID document (cedula number).
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Log in.

If you are an assistant user (Assistant or Receptionist)

Assistant users are created by the primary professional. If you are an Assistant or Receptionist:

  1. Select Assistant in the selection buttons.
  2. Enter the Professional's ID document (the person who registered you in the system).
  3. Enter your Username (the username the professional assigned to you).
  4. Enter your Password.
  5. Click Log in.

Too many failed attempts

If you enter incorrect credentials several times in a row, the system will temporarily block sign-in attempts for security. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Option 2: Sign in with a passkey

Passkeys let you sign in without typing your password, using your fingerprint, Face ID, or a USB security key. It is faster and more secure than using a password.

Requirements

  • You must have a passkey registered beforehand from My Account.
  • Your browser must support passkeys (most modern browsers do).

Steps

  1. Select the user type (Professional or Assistant).
  2. Enter your ID document (or username, if you are an assistant).
  3. Click the Passkey button (5).
  4. Your browser will ask you to authenticate:
    • On computers with a fingerprint reader: place your finger on the reader.
    • On computers with Face ID or Windows Hello: look at the camera.
    • With a USB security key: plug it in and touch it.
  5. If authentication is successful, you will go straight into the system.

Tip

If you don't have a passkey set up yet, you can register one from My Account > Passkeys. You can have up to 3 passkeys (for example, one on each computer you use).
