Tip
Review the activity periodically to detect unexpected use and to confirm that your staff are using the system correctly.
How an assistant user signs in
Assistant users sign in differently from the primary professional. For detailed instructions, see Sign in as an assistant user.
In short, they must select the Assistant option on the sign-in screen and enter:
- The primary professional's ID document.
- Their assigned Username.
- Their Password.
