Clinical Record
The record fields settings let you customize the fields that appear in the clinical record form. You can add custom fields for your medical specialty.
Open the settings
- Go to Settings > Record Fields in the side menu.
Custom fields
In the left column you see the list of fields you set up. Each field has:
- Title: The name of the field you see when you create a record.
- Rich text: When this is on, the field supports advanced formatting such as bold, italics, bullet lists and subheadings. This is useful for fields where you need to write long or structured text (for example, "Physical exam" or "Treatment plan"). Fields without rich text are plain text.
- Order: Drag the handle icon to reorder the fields.
Add a field
- Click Add field at the bottom of the list.
- Enter the title of the field.
- If you need advanced formatting, turn on Rich text.
Limit
You can have a maximum of 3 rich text fields. The counter shows "Rich text fields: X/3".
Remove a field
Click the delete icon (trash can) next to the field you want to remove.
Reorder fields
