Dashboard

When you sign in, the first thing you see is the Dashboard. This screen gives you a quick summary of your practice's activity.

What the dashboard shows

The dashboard presents cards with important information at a glance:

• Total patients: How many patients you have registered in the system.
• Total records: How many consultations you have documented in total.
• Today's appointments: How many appointments you have for today, separated by status:
  • Scheduled: Appointments waiting to be seen.
  • Confirmed: Appointments the patient confirmed.
  • Waiting: Patients who have already arrived and are waiting.
  • Attended: Patients who have already been seen.
• Upcoming absences: If you have absences marked for the coming days, you will see them here.

Tip

The dashboard refreshes every time you sign in or go back to the home screen. To see the most recent data, just go back to the dashboard from the side menu.

Quick access

From the dashboard you can go directly to the most used sections by clicking the options in the side menu:

1. Patients: To view or register patients.
2. Calendar: To see today's appointments or schedule new ones.
3. Reports: To generate activity reports.
